Go Visa Dubai – Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Go Visa Dubai, we aim to provide a transparent and hassle-free experience. Please carefully review our cancellation and refund guidelines prior to booking any services or submitting visa applications with us.
1. Tourist Visa Fees
- Non-Refundable: Visa fees are strictly non-refundable once payment is processed on the Go Visa Dubai website.
- Rejections: In the event that your visa application is rejected for any reason, visa fees cannot be refunded, as UAE immigration authorities do not offer refunds for unsuccessful applications.
- Security Deposits: If a security deposit was collected for your application, it will be fully refunded within 5 working days after the application is returned or closed.
2. Individual Tours, Activities & Hotel Reservations
- Each individual tour, activity, or hotel booking is governed by its specific cancellation terms.
- Customers must review the individual cancellation terms associated with their chosen activity or hotel before completing the booking.
3. Combo Tours
- Combo packages can be canceled; however, canceling any individual service or tour within a combo package will immediately void the combo discount.
- In such cases, Go Visa Dubai will recalculate the package by charging full individual prices for the non-canceled tours, and any remaining balance will be refunded.
- Availability: Ensure all services within a combo tour are available prior to booking. Refunds or services apply exclusively to items that are confirmed and available.
4. No-Show & Rescheduling Policy
- No-Show: Failure to arrive or participate in a scheduled tour, activity, airport transfer, car rental, or chauffeur-driven service will result in a 100% cancellation charge with no partial or full refunds.
- Unused Tickets: No refunds are provided for unused entry tickets or unused services.
- Rescheduling: Rescheduling is not permitted once tours, airport transfers, or other travel services are confirmed.
5. Cancellation Request Procedure
- In Writing: All cancellation requests must be submitted directly to Go Visa Dubai in writing (via email or our official contact channels).
- Confirmation: A cancellation is only considered valid once Go Visa Dubai processes the request and sends an official confirmation detailing any applicable cancellation fees via email, telephone, or fax.
- Go Visa Dubai is not responsible for any cancellation requests that have not been acknowledged or confirmed by our team.
